Transactions

One ledger of every dirham that moved through your salon — payments, deposits, tips, memberships and refunds — filterable and exportable.

Open Transactions. This is the single money ledger for your workspace: every Payment, Deposit, Tip, Membership and Refund in one place, so you never have to piece together what was actually collected.

Read the ledger

Each row carries its Date, a colour-coded Type badge, the linked Booking and Customer, and a signed Amount — money coming in versus going out is marked at a glance. Click a booking to open its details without leaving the page.

Above the rows, a totals strip shows Collected, Refunded and Net for the period.

Each currency keeps its own totals

If you trade in more than one currency, Gloora never adds them together — that would be meaningless. You get a separate Net per currency, and currency tabs to focus on one at a time. The numbers you read are always real money in a single currency.

Filter and export

Narrow the ledger by Type, Direction (Money in or Money out), Method, or a Date range. Export CSV downloads exactly the filtered view you're looking at — so the file matches the screen.

Two ways to refund

Reverse a payment you took

On a refundable row, Refund returns the money the right way for its source — a card deposit refunds through Stripe, an in-person payment reverses at the till, a membership charge is voided.

Log a standalone refund

For a goodwill credit or a cash-back that isn't tied to one tracked payment, use Record refund. Enter the amount, method and an optional reason, and it lands in the ledger as a dated money-out line you can see under the refund filter.

Who can see this

Transactions is an owner-only view — it holds the complete money picture, so staff members don't have access.
