The catalog
Everything your salon sells or books, in one place — grouped into the sections your clients see when they book.
Catalog is where you manage everything your business sells or books: your services, the categories that organise them, curated packages, membership plans, bookable rooms and equipment, and your retail shelf. It sits as its own group in the sidebar and expands to reveal each section.
This is the part of Gloora you tend after opening week — a new treatment, a seasonal bundle, a price change, a restock. Because it shapes what clients can book and buy, the whole Catalog group is available to managers and owners, not front-desk staff.
What lives here
- Services — the treatments you book, with durations, prices, and who performs each one. Covered in Getting started.
- Categories — the sections that group your services (below).
- Packages — several services bundled at one price. See Packages.
- Memberships — recurring or lifetime plans with member perks. See Memberships.
- Resources — rooms, beds, and equipment a booking must reserve. See Resources.
- Products and Inventory — your retail shelf and its stock. See Products & inventory.
Categories
Open Categories. A category groups related services — Hair, Nails, Spa — and gives each group an icon and a colour. On your public booking page, every category becomes its own section, so clients scan straight to what they came for instead of reading one long list.
Create a category
Hit Add category, give it a Name, and pick an Icon and Color. If you run more than one branch, choose where it appears under Available at.
Fill it with services
Open the category's Services tab and use Add services to move existing services in. A service belongs to one category at a time, so adding it here moves it from wherever it was.
Put them in order
Reorder categories from the ⋯ menu on each row. The order you set is the order clients see on the booking page — lead with your best sellers.
Nothing gets lost
Services that aren't in any category still work everywhere — they simply collect in an Unassigned row, so you can spot them and bulk-assign with Assign to category. Switching a category off with Active hides its section from the booking page without touching the services inside it.
