Integrations

Connect your own WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google and Stripe accounts so conversations, reviews and card deposits all flow through Gloora.

Open Integrations (headed Channels at the top of the page). This is where you plug your salon's own outside accounts into Gloora — so every customer conversation, review and online deposit lands in one place instead of scattered across a dozen apps. Each card connects in a couple of clicks and can be disconnected just as fast.

Messaging

Connect the channels your clients already message you on, and their DMs land in your Gloora inbox:

  • Facebook Pages — reply to Messenger DMs from your Facebook Page.
  • Instagram — manage Instagram Business DMs in the same unified inbox.
  • WhatsApp Business — link your own number with Connect WhatsApp, so confirmations and replies come from your WhatsApp, not a shared line.

Each card shows a live Connected or Not connected status, plus a Test connection button so you can check the wiring without waiting for a real customer message. Everything then flows into your Inbox.

Reviews & email

  • Google My Business — your Google reviews arrive as inbox threads you can reply to right in Gloora.
  • Gmail — turn customer emails into inbox threads, answered without leaving the app.

Payments

The Stripe — collect deposits card connects your own Stripe account with Connect Stripe. Once Stripe finishes its onboarding the card flips to Collecting deposits, and online bookings start taking the deposit your branches require — routed straight into your account, with you in full control of payouts. The in-person methods your staff record by hand at the counter live separately under Payments.

Your accounts, your control

Everything here connects to accounts you own — your WhatsApp number, your Google reviews, your Stripe payouts. Gloora stores each connection encrypted, never posts on your behalf, and never reads your personal profile. Disconnect any card at any time and Gloora immediately stops using it.
