Your Gloora subscription
Manage your plan, branch count, payment method, and invoices — your salon's own billing relationship with Gloora.
This page is about what you pay Gloora — separate from the money your salon collects from its own clients. Open Settings → Subscription to see your plan, size your branches, update your card, and pull invoices.
At a glance
The summary strip up top is your whole subscription in four numbers: your CURRENT PLAN and its status, how many BRANCHES you've bought versus opened, your NEXT CHARGE and the date it lands, and how long until it renews (RENEWS IN). During a free trial it shows when the trial ends and the first charge date instead.
For anything deeper — Stripe's own billing history and receipts — Manage in Stripe opens your secure Stripe customer portal.
Change your plan
The Change plan section lays every plan out side by side with your current one marked.
Pick monthly or yearly
Toggle between Monthly and Yearly — yearly bills at a discount. Unsure what changes between tiers? Compare features lays the features out in a grid.
Choose a plan and confirm
Pick the plan you want and confirm in the checkout drawer. Payment runs through Stripe; your existing branches and add-ons carry over automatically.
When a plan change takes effect
Upgrades apply right away, and Stripe charges only a prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal — you keep the capacity you're already paying for until then, so nothing is lost mid-cycle.
Branches and add-ons
BRANCHES & ADD-ONS is where you match your subscription to your business. Step your BRANCH CAPACITY up or down, and switch Add-ons on or off. A live CART PREVIEW on the right recalculates the total — volume discount and tax included — as you go, so there's no sticker shock. Nothing bills until you press Save changes and confirm.
Payment method
PAYMENT METHOD shows the card on file. Change hands you to the Stripe portal to swap it — Gloora never stores your raw card details.
Usage this cycle
USAGE THIS CYCLE tracks how much of your capacity you're actually using — STAFF, BOOKINGS, and BRANCHES — so you can tell at a glance whether it's time to size up or trim back.
Invoices
Invoice history lists every charge with its coverage period and amount. Each row offers Download PDF for your records or your accountant, and View in Stripe for the full hosted receipt. Longer histories live in the Stripe portal via Manage in Stripe.
Pausing or cancelling
At the very bottom, Cancel subscription ends your subscription at the close of the current period — you keep access until then, and your booking history stays put. Changed your mind before it lapses? The same spot offers Reactivate to pick right back up.
