Sending activity
The delivery log for every message your salon sends — confirmations, reminders, receipts, and campaigns — each with its status, plus your messaging credit.
Open Sending activity in the sidebar. Every notification your workspace sends and receives — booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, campaign sends, and the replies that come back — is logged here with its delivery status. It answers one question fast: did that message actually reach the client?
Read the log
Each row shows the Date, the Channel it went over (WhatsApp, SMS, or Email), the Direction, the masked Contact, and — the column that matters most — its Status:
- Queued — lined up to go out.
- Sent / Delivered — it reached the client's device.
- Failed / Bounced — it never landed (bad number, dead inbox); worth a follow-up by another route.
Narrow the feed with the Channel and Direction filters (Sent versus Received) and a date range, then Export CSV the result if you need it outside Gloora.
A window, not a control panel
This page is Read-only — delivery status only. You watch what was sent here; you change what goes out and when from your notification and template settings. The split is deliberate — a branch manager can confirm a reminder fired without being able to touch billing or automation rules.
Your messaging credit
Every WhatsApp and SMS message is paid per send from your messaging wallet. As the owner you'll see your Messaging credit balance at the top of the page with a Top up shortcut. If the balance runs dry, sending pauses — the balance shows Sending paused — until you top up, so a lapsed wallet never silently drops a client's confirmation.
