The client book
Your salon's CRM — every client's visit history, spend, notes, allergies and messaging consent in one place, with segments that build themselves.
Open Clients in the sidebar. This is your customer roster and the heart of your salon's CRM — who they are, what they've spent, when they last came in, what they're allergic to, and how you're allowed to reach them. Everything you sell, book, and message ties back to a record here.
Find anyone in seconds
The Search by name, phone, or email box matches on name, phone, or email as you type. Above it, four counts give you the room at a glance — Total clients, VIPs, Active · 30d, and Lapsed · 90d. Click any of the last three and the list filters to exactly those clients.
Below the search sit your segment chips: VIPs, Top spenders, Frequent, First-time, Lapsed · 90d and more. Tap one to narrow the list; tap it again to clear.
Segments build themselves
You never hand-sort clients into VIP or lapsed. Each segment is a live rule that reads real visit and spend history — a first-timer becomes a regular, a regular goes quiet and lands in lapsed, all on its own. You tune those rules under Client tagging, and the same segments power your WhatsApp campaigns.
Open a client
Click any row to open the full record. The header shows lifetime visits, Lifetime spend, last visit, average ticket, no-shows, and their next booking — plus one-tap WhatsApp and Book appointment actions. Underneath, tabs hold the detail:
- Bookings — every past and upcoming visit with its status and total.
- Notes — free-form notes plus the client's Allergies, so whoever's on the chair knows before they start.
- Profile — identity, primary branch, flags, and marketing consent.
- Loyalty, Memberships, Wallet, and Reviews — points balance, active plans, credit, and feedback, each on its own tab.
Consent is per channel
Under Marketing consent you control exactly how you may reach each client: WhatsApp, Email, and SMS each toggle independently. When a client opts in on your public booking page, it lands here automatically. Anyone who hasn't consented is skipped from campaigns for you — no manual list-scrubbing, no compliance risk.
For a data-subject request, Export data (GDPR) hands you a full JSON dump of everything on file.
Add a client
Start a new record
Click Add client at the top of the list. Bulk-loading from another system? Import CSV takes a CSV of names, phones, and emails.
Capture the essentials
Name and phone are all you strictly need; add email, birthday, allergies, and any opening note while you're there. Set their marketing consent per channel right on the form.
Save
Hit Save client. If the phone number already exists, Gloora opens that client instead of creating a duplicate — one person, one record, always.
