Branches & brands
A branch is a real location with its own hours, taxes, and booking rules. A brand is the look customers see. Set both here.
Two settings shape how your business runs and how it looks. A branch is a physical location that takes bookings; a brand is the visual theme customers see when they get there. One is operational, one is cosmetic — and a single brand can dress many branches at once.
Branches
Open Settings → Branches. Every branch carries its own working hours, taxes, and booking policies — so a two-city chain can run different rules per location without running two accounts.
Add the branch
Press Add branch, fill in the basics — name, city, contact — and save. You land on that branch's own detail page to finish setting it up.
Set its hours
Working hours is the default weekly schedule; closed days and breaks block the booking page automatically. Add a Seasonal hours schedule for Ramadan or summer, and use Closures for one-off days like Eid or a deep clean.
Set its tax and policies
Tax & Invoicing holds the trade license and tax ID that print on this branch's receipts. Booking policy governs the cancellation, no-show, and deposit windows for bookings made here.
Dress its booking page
Branding sets the logo and photo gallery, and Booking page appearance sets the colors and welcome copy customers see when they book this location.
Inherit by default, override only when you must
Currency, VAT, and booking policies flow down from your organization automatically — so most branches need no tax or policy setup at all. Only when a branch genuinely differs (a second country, a stricter cancellation rule) do you flip Override organization defaults and set its own. Trade license and tax ID are the exception: they always carry per-branch, because the law in the UAE and KSA requires it.
Brands
Open Settings → Brands. A brand is a reusable theme — colors, fonts, and button style — that paints your public booking page in your identity instead of Gloora's default.
Press New brand and build it:
- Quick start — click a preset to seed every color, font, and button style at once, then tweak from there.
- Colors, Typography, and Buttons — the palette, the fonts, and the shape of your call-to-action buttons.
- Branches — tick which branches wear this brand. A Live preview renders the live booking page beside you as you edit.
A branch wears one brand at a time, and any branch you don't assign shows the Gloora default. Mark one brand as your Chain landing page brand and it also themes the page customers land on when they browse all your branches together. Every assignment comes with ready-to-share URLs & QR codes.
