Loyalty, tiers & referrals
Reward repeat clients with points, tiers and referrals. You set the rules once; every booking and sale applies them automatically.
Open Loyalty in settings. You define how clients earn points, what those points are worth, the tiers they climb, and the rewards they unlock — then step back. From that point on, every completed booking and every sale awards, redeems, and tracks points on its own. Nothing to run by hand at the till.
The page splits into four tabs: Points, Tiers, Rewards, and Referrals.
Turn it on and set the economics
Enable the program
Flip the Loyalty program switch on the Points tab. This is the master control — pause it any time and points stop accruing everywhere without losing a single setting.
Set what points are worth
Under Point economics you set two numbers: how many points a client earns per unit of spend, and how many points buy one unit of discount at checkout. Together they decide how generous the program feels and what it costs you.
Redemption starts off
A fresh program earns points but won't let clients spend them until you set a redemption rate. If you see Redemption is disabled, click Enable redemption to drop in a sensible default — otherwise points pile up with nowhere to go.
Ways to earn points
The Ways to earn points list gives you four triggers, each toggled and tuned on its own:
- Make a purchase — the everyday earner, points on any closed sale.
- Complete appointment — points when a visit is marked done.
- Book online — a nudge toward self-service, points for booking on your public page.
- Leave a review — points for leaving feedback.
Each rule is either Incremental (per currency unit) (scales with the amount spent) or Fixed (per event) (a flat award per event). Optional caps let you limit how often a rule pays out.
Tiers
On the Tiers tab, build a ladder of up to five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, whatever fits your brand. A client advances by Points earned or by Lifetime spend, whichever threshold you choose. Each tier carries Automatic perks — a free-form note your staff sees at checkout — plus any rewards you attach.
Rewards
The Rewards tab is your catalog of what points actually buy. Every reward is one of four types — Amount discount, Percentage discount, Free service, or Free product — and its Redemption method decides how a client unlocks it: by spending points, by reaching a tier, or through a referral. Click Add reward to build one.
Referrals
Turn regulars into a sales channel. On the Referrals tab you assign two rewards: the Referrer reward your existing client earns for sending a friend, and the Referred-friend reward the newcomer gets on their first booking.
Build the reward first
Both slots draw from your rewards catalog. Create a reward with the referral redemption method on the Rewards tab, then come back here to assign it to each side of the referral.
