Reports & analytics

Every booking, sale, payment and payout turned into answers — what you earned, what it cost, what you kept, and who drove it.

Your reports turn the work you already do in Gloora into decisions. There's nothing to set up and no spreadsheet to maintain — every appointment, checkout, expense and staff payout flows straight into the numbers. Open Reports in the sidebar.

What's in here

The hub sorts every report into tabs so you can go straight to the question you have — Sales, Team, Finance, Clients, Operations, or All to see them together. They fall into two families:

  • The money reportsProfit, Income, Expenses & product costs and Tax. See Financial reports.
  • The team reportsStaff Performance, Staff Comparison and Staff pay. See Team reports.

The four controls below work the same on every report, so once you know them you know them all.

Pick your date range

Every report opens on the current month. Change the window once and the whole page recalculates — every figure, table and chart is for exactly the dates you choose. Jump to a preset window, or hit Custom to set any start and end date.

Most reports also show how each number moved against the period before it — this month against last month, this quarter against the quarter before — so you read direction, not just a total.

Simple or Advanced

Every report has a Simple / Advanced switch. Simple keeps the headline numbers and the handful of breakdowns that actually drive a decision. Advanced adds every chart, ratio and deep-dive. Your choice is remembered across all reports, so set it once and move on.

Focus one branch

Running more than one location? The Branch filter narrows a report to a single branch, or leave it on All branches to see the whole business at once.

Export to a spreadsheet

Export CSV downloads the report exactly as you've filtered it — same window, same branch — ready for a spreadsheet or to send straight to your accountant.

Trading in more than one currency?

When your branches take different currencies, a By currency panel shows each currency on its own line. Gloora never adds amounts across currencies — 100 dirhams and 100 pounds are different money, so they're always kept apart rather than blended into a meaningless total.
