Products & inventory

Sell retail over the counter and keep an accurate stock count at every branch.

Beyond the treatments you book, you probably sell things off the shelf — shampoo, styling products, gift sets. Gloora keeps these retail products separate from your services, and tracks how many of each you have on hand at every branch.

Products

Open Products under Catalog. A product is a retail item sold over the counter — distinct from a bookable service. Hit Add product and give it a name, a SKU code, and a Retail price. Add a Cost price too, and Gloora works out your margin for you.

Two inner tabs keep the shelf tidy:

  • Categories — group products (hair care, skincare) so they're easy to filter.
  • Suppliers — record who you buy each product from, with contact details and payment terms, ready for reorders.

Set an Expiry date and inventory will flag stock that's gone past it. Toggle For sale off to keep an item in your catalog but block new sales — perfect for seasonal lines between seasons.

Inventory

Open Inventory. This is the live stock count for every product, at every branch. Use the + and buttons on each row to log what comes in and what goes out: Add stock when a supplier delivery arrives, or Remove stock for breakages and in-house use. Each adjustment asks for the number of units and a Reason.

Products running low are flagged with a Low badge, so you know what to reorder, and you can narrow the list to one location with Filter by branch.

Every count is on the record

Each stock change writes an audit entry — who adjusted it, how many, and why. When the numbers don't add up, you have a full history to trace instead of a guess.
