Your booking page
The public, always-on page where clients book themselves — how to share it, what they see, and how every booking lands in your dashboard.
Your booking page is a branded, public web page where anyone can book you — no app to download, no account to create, open around the clock. You don't build it: it assembles itself from what you've already set up. Your services and packages become the menu, your team becomes the stylist list, your branch hours decide the open slots, and your brand paints the whole thing in your colors and logo. Change any of those and the page updates on the next load.
Your link, and how to share it
Every branch has its own booking URL — app.gloora.ai/your-salon/your-branch. Find it under Settings → Brands: open a brand and the URLs & QR codes section gives you, for each branch:
- Copy URL — drop the link in your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp broadcast, a Google Business profile, an email signature. Pasted anywhere, it unfurls a branded preview card carrying your salon's name.
- A QR code — print it on the mirror, the window, a business card, a receipt. A phone camera opens straight to booking.
- Open — preview the live page yourself before you share it.
To put booking directly on your own website, add /embed to the branch link and drop it into an <iframe> — a chrome-free version of the wizard built to sit inside your site.
One link for one branch, or all of them
Share a branch link and clients book that location directly. Share your Tenant landing link (app.gloora.ai/your-salon) when you run several: clients land on a picker and choose where to go — and if you only have one branch, that link forwards them straight into its booking flow, so your single link always lands right. Mark a brand as your Set as chain landing brand to dress that picker in your colors.
What a client does
Clicking your link opens your branded page — a hero photo, logo, address and hours up top, your team below, and the booking flow front and center. Booking itself is five quick steps.
Pick services
Clients browse your services grouped into the categories you set, with packages pinned at the top as ready-made bundles. Picking a service that has options opens a quick configurator to choose a variant — say Short / Medium / Long — and tick any add-ons. They can stack several services, or even book for a group.
Choose a stylist
For each service they pick a specific team member, or leave it on "Any" and let you assign later. If a stylist has their own rate for that service, the total updates the moment they're chosen — see how pricing works.
Pick a time
Only real openings show. Gloora reads the stylist's availability against your branch hours and the length of everything in the cart, so a client can never grab a slot that doesn't fit.
Enter details
Name and phone — that's it. Returning clients are recognised from their number, so their visit history links up automatically.
Confirm
A clean review shows the exact total, with every discount, membership perk, and tax already worked out. If your branch takes a deposit and you've connected Stripe, the client pays it by card on a secure page to lock the slot; otherwise they confirm on the spot and pay you in person.
Where the booking lands
The second a client confirms, the appointment is on your Calendar and in your Bookings list — no re-keying, no missed slot. The client gets an instant confirmation and a reminder before their visit, sent automatically by the messaging automations seeded with your account (tune them under Settings → Customer Notifications). They also get a private link to reschedule or cancel themselves, which keeps your calendar honest without a phone call.
Everything the front desk then does with that booking — take payment, reschedule, add an extra — lives in Bookings.
