Team reports
See how each team member performs, compare everyone side by side, and know exactly what your team costs.
Three reports turn your calendar into a clear read on the people behind it — one person in depth, the whole team ranked, and what that team costs you. They share the same date range, branch filter, Simple / Advanced switch and CSV export from Reports & analytics.
Staff Performance — one person, in depth
The Staff Performance report is a deep dive on a single team member. Choose who with the Staff member picker (Choose a staff member), and every number reshapes around them.
You get their Revenue, Bookings, Avg sale and Commission, plus How busy they are and Earned per hour so you can tell a busy chair from a productive one. Top services shows what they're known for.
Two rates tell you whether they're building a following: Repeat-client rate — how many of their clients come back to them — and No-show rate. Every headline is measured against the team average, so a number is always in context.
Staff Comparison — everyone side by side
The Staff Comparison report puts the whole team on one screen. The top strip gives team totals — Total revenue, Total tips, Total commission and Memberships sold — then a leaderboard ranks the team, with a toggle between Revenue and Commission.
The full table lets you sort everyone by any column — Revenue, Bookings, Services, Tips, Commission, Add-ons or Busy %. Each row also shows how that person sits vs team, so strong and quiet performers stand out at a glance — the report you open before a coaching chat or a bonus round.
Staff pay — what your team costs
The Staff pay report is the cost side of your team. What your team costs you is the headline — Salary plus Commission per person — and it's the same figure your Profit report uses. Two ratios put it in perspective: Share of income going to staff and your Commission rate.
What makes up the cost breaks the total into its parts, Who costs the most ranks who costs the most, and the per-person table lets you see salary, commission and tips side by side for everyone.
Tips aren't a cost to you
Tips pass straight from the customer to the staff member — they're never your money and never part of what your team costs you. That's why What your team costs you counts only salary and commission, while Tips sits alongside as a clearly-flagged pass-through. And because salary is sensitive, the per-person pay figures are visible only to owners and finance managers.
