Audit events

A complete record of who changed what in your workspace — every booking, price, staff, and setting change, with a name and a timestamp.

Open Audit events in the sidebar. This is your workspace's accountability trail: Everything that happened in your workspace — who changed what, and when — one record you can search, filter, and export.

What it captures

Every meaningful change is logged in plain language: a booking confirmed, a price updated, a refund issued, a staff member added, a setting toggled. Each entry names the change, the person who made it, and when — across bookings, catalog, team, templates, automations, and payments. When an entry points at a specific record, View jumps you straight to it.

Four tiles summarise the period at a glance: Total events, Today, People active, and your Top action.

Find a specific change

Filter down to exactly what you're investigating:

  • Team member — narrow to one person's actions.
  • Action — e.g. only cancellations, or only refunds.
  • Type — the kind of thing that changed (Booking, Service, Settings, and more).
  • A date range and a free-text Search.

Clear filters resets them, and Export CSV hands the filtered trail to an accountant or an investigator.

Why it's worth having

When money or a client relationship is on the line — who cancelled that VIP's appointment? who dropped the price? — this is the one place with a straight answer. It turns he-said-she-said into a timestamped fact, which is exactly what you want the day a dispute lands.

Audit events is available on plans that include the activity log. If it isn't part of your plan yet, the page shows what you're missing with a link to View plans & add-ons.
