Messaging usage
See every paid message your salon has sent, what each one cost, and your running spend — so the messaging wallet never holds a surprise.
WhatsApp and SMS messages are paid per send, drawn from your messaging wallet. This page is the itemised ledger of that spend — every message, what it cost, and where your credit went. Open Settings → Messaging usage, or follow Back to Notifications from the notification settings.
The Total spend figure at the top sums the currently-filtered period in your wallet currency, and a Live indicator means the view refreshes on its own as new messages go out.
Read the ledger
Each row is one message:
- Date and Contact — when it went out and to whom.
- Channel and Country — WhatsApp, SMS or Email, and the destination that sets the rate.
- Direction and Status — Sent or Received, and whether it was Delivered or Failed.
- Charge — what that single message cost your wallet.
Narrow it with the Channel and Direction filters and a From / To date range — or a preset like This month — then Clear to reset.
What a message actually costs
The Charge is the provider's price for that country plus Gloora's markup — the all-in figure billed from your wallet, so what you see here is exactly what you paid. Rates vary by destination country, which is why the same reminder can cost different amounts for two different clients.
When credit runs low
If your balance dips, a banner appears with a Top up shortcut. Let it reach zero and your WhatsApp line pauses automatically — messages stop going out until you top up, so you never quietly overspend. Top up and manage the wallet itself from Customer Notifications.
